Day1- Sunday, 16th December
    Mr Devendra Parulekar
The programme started with an Inauguration by Mrs Swati Kapadia, CEO, Forum of Free Enterprise & M.R. Pai Foundation. Then with great enthusiasm and energy Mr Sachin Kamath, the Programme Director, Founder INN3, Business Coach & Organisational Development Analyst welcomed us and shared with us the main purpose of this camp. Later, Mr Devendra Parulekar Co-founder Saffron Stays, the Guest of  Honour interacted with us, shared his experience as an entrepreneur and discussed how disruptions are taking place. After that, Mrs Hoofreez Batliwala, General Manager, Forum Of Free Enterprise & M.R. Pai Foundation ended the session with a vote of thanks
After Lunch, at 2.00 pm our Project Director took us into a transactional journey and made us familiar to the topics that we were going to learn in the coming days. In the last session of the day, we together discussed what is expected by us in the whole camp. All sessions ended by 8.30pm.

Day2- Monday, 17th December
Today morning the session started at 9.30am which was on Goal Setting & the Power of your Sub-conscious mind and the speaker was Rajiv Kumar Luv -Reputed Soft Skill Trainer and Coach in Mumbai.
Mr Rajiv Kumar Luv
Everyone faces a difficulty regarding goal setting and after setting we think whether it is possible or not. The trainer helped us to set specific goals, short term, long term, life goals with systematic tools and techniques. In his next session after lunch at 2.00pm, he started to talk about the Power of Subconscious mind. Here, I learnt how subconscious mind is a powerful source and how it can be activated, utilized to own benefit.

The evening session was further continued by Mr Vivek Patki - Former Vice-President of Mumbai Grahak Panchayat. This session was especially to make us aware of our rights as a consumer.
    Mr Vivek Patki

We know about our Consumer Rights but we never take action on the unjust practices of producers or retailers. The resource person talked through his experience and rights provided by the Consumer Rights Act,1986. Finally, he focused on the responsibilities of a consumer while purchasing a product at the end of the session. All sessions ended by 6.00pm today.

Day3- Tuesday, 18th December
Mr Vivek Patki continued again; but today on Time Management.  We always make a daily timetable but fail to follow it throughout the end of the day; later we accept our failure and don't do the same next day. So, Patki Sir's lecture made me realise the importance of time and gave tools to organize every minute of the day. He also gave technique to prevent postponing activities and fitting in our hobbies in the schedule.
Mrs Clarissa Jathanna
The afternoon session was on "Building Seamless Conversations" interactively conducted by Mrs Clarissa Jathanna- leads MpowerGraph. We face difficulty while interacting with strangers, in the business environment and to even continue our conversations informally. But after going through her session I built upon my confidence of public speaking, knew business etiquettes and learnt how artistic one can be while narrating a story.

Day4- Wednesday, 19th December

 Mr Ajit Kamath

On this day, Mr Ajit Kamath-CPF (Certified Professional Facilitator), Author of “The Fascinating World of Public Speaking”, heads WizTalks consultancy firm, past president of Humour Club Mumbai,  toured us into the journey of Emotional Intelligence. 'Life becomes easier when you learn to accept an apology you never got'.-Robert Brault. With this quote, he started the session. Till now everyone was 'friends' with each other but up to a certain extent only. He created a social interaction between everyone and asked each one to share their best and worst memories with each other. Subsequently, everyone connected to each other more closely. Ahead he talked about Emotional Hijacking, the Emotional Intelligence model, Plotting your E.Q, Triggers, Self-talks and Voices through several games. This class helped me to focus on a few dimensions which were a weakness in my Emotional Quotient. The class ended at 7.30pm. It was very profound cognisance.

Day5- Thursday, 20th December
This was going to be the final night at Deolali and thus the session was equally exciting. The session was on Team Synergy in which Tanveer Sir- Trainer at Outbound Facilitation

guided us all day long. It was basically about co-operation between team-mates and the session was built completely outdoors. The activities were based on 'Experiential Learning' in which we[ACT→REFLECT→CONCEPTUALIZE→APPLY→] and again the same process gets repeated. I realized that in order to become a leader, trust factor has to be developed in yourself. If our team-mates trust us as a good leader, then only they will support wholeheartedly.
This night, we had a Campfire planned. Everyone performed his/her talent tonight. We played games and danced on the beats of music.

 Mr Sachin Kamath felicitating me

Day6- Friday, 21st December
The last day of the camp, everyone assembled in the hall for the class by 10.00am. Our Programme Director Mr Sachin Kamath spoke to us again for last time and he ended the session by saying " Now actually your leadership skills will be tested when you go and implement them". Then Valedictory Session took place in the hall and everyone had lunch together after which everyone started leaving for their hometowns.

THANK YOU EVERYONE!!
